Where the appointment of a Receiver is uncertain and the preferred option is to find ways of preserving all or parts of the business, Preferred Results Ltd. has extensive expertise and hands-on experience to offer concerned Lenders through IBR’s with a difference.
Working closely with key Management and Staff, in additional to conducting a full Financial Review of the business, we review all aspects of the Business Model, Organisation Structure and Value Chain and establish where Value is created and where Waste, in all of its forms is generated. This allows us to develop a picture of Current and Potential resources required for different levels of demand and to assess the short and medium term viability of the business.
Upon completion of the IBR we issue a detailed report of our findings along with recommendations on how best to protect the remaining value in the business, within a Pre-examinership Workout, a Business Turnaround or Receivership strategy. Our fact-based reports are unbiased, fair and provide an in-depth analysis of the company and its affairs.
Business Plans
Business Plans follow from a Business Modelling exercise or from a Strategic Review and are designed with the client to fulfil the purpose/Purposes for which it is required. Working closely with our partners on the finance side, PRL brings a depth of operational expertise to enrich the final product and produce a truly comprehensive of the business.
Preferred Results Ltd. prepares Business Plans for existing medium-sized businesses, for Clients with a transformational change agenda. The need for such plans typically arises where:
A company is facing into or is in the midst of a financial crisis
Due diligence is being undertaken by a potential investor
A detailed roadmap for change is required in the aftermath of an acquisition
In preparing the Business Plan we work with the Client, and as far as it is possible, with key Management and Staff from the business, in reviewing all aspects of the Business Model, Organisation Structure and Value Chain and establish the nature and extent of the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats facing the business.
This allows us to vary the Business Model, Organisation Structure and Value Chain and to compare and contrast the current level of profitability with that which could be expected under a revised strategy.
