Agreeing with the Client how Preferred Results Ltd. will be introduced to the organisation and how it will engage with stakeholders during the course of an assignment, is a critically important pre-assignment step. While it would be wonderful if all projects could be fully inclusive and enjoy the support of all stakeholders, that is not always possible, as it depends very much on the nature and the magnitude of the required changes, as well as delivery deadlines.
